Just a nonsensical take on Dr’s giving patients bad news.
Bad news is the fish is hooked. Good news is he won’t get eaten. If you wanna look too deeply into it… worse news is the hooked fish is stuck there.
I totally didn’t get the good news. I was like “why the heck is the fisherman dead?”
