I’m here from Reddit. The only thing keeping me there was the Reddit is Fun App, now that the API is going away, so is the only thing keeping me there. So, hello Lemmy =).
Joey was my goto. Tried old.reddit and hated it. Lemmy looks much nicer, will probably be sticking around for a while
I knew it was time to give up when it was clear that they were not only hobbling old.reddit to drive people to newer versions, but they were also hobbling new reddit to drive people to the app lol

Monthly active users doesn’t really tell much in that short timeframe. This is just the sum of new user accounts, and people that came back
It’s the sum of new user accounts that posted at least once. Overall there are around 30k new users in the past week.
That’s honestly impressive. Didn’t expect that much. How are the instances coping (pretty sure a big slice of it went to lemmy.ml)?
