Could you share a link or explain further? I’ve had no idea but don’t pay all that much attention to mobile in general.

I use them. I’ve found the speeds to be quite acceptable, plenty fast enough to play video games and download movies.
I started to learn some of that during the pandemic. With a good square, circular saw, and drill you can get started. I’ve gotten into building some relatively simple furniture now and am basically just using those tools still.
I experience closer to 100mb/s generally. Though this is plenty for me. I’m really just glad my ping stays below 30ms.
The most effective “headphones” I’ve found are using bone conducting ones, like shockz, along with construction ear plugs. The ear plugs on their own do so much for noise and the headphones at a pretty reasonable volume so the rest.
I’ll be happy when the leadership is gone. So many fucked things happened under their watch. The over watch player being fired then rehired because they said free Hong Kong. Or the announcers who were fired because they were on screen when the player said something. The pile of sexual harassment cases that blizzard settled. Then the obvious intense money grab that their games have become.
I’ll edit this comment when I get to my computer to link to a great article about this and a history of companies effectively killing federated services .
Edit: article here https://ploum.net/2023-06-23-how-to-kill-decentralised-networks.html
But the main issue isn’t the data. It’s that when 99% of the users are coming through a company, they have too much power when it comes to updates. Meta can effectively control how the fediverse grows. And if they decided to defederate it’s the normal Lemmy and kbin users who are forced to use meta services to keep in contact with the same people
After reading your comment I realized I didn’t know there was a reputation mechanic and what boost even does. Is there a faq somewhere for this type of thing?
I feel like AI being the reason doesn’t hold up particularly well from a technical standpoint. From my searching, web-scraping is completely legal. It’d be slower, but a massive dataset is still very collectable.
Plus building a web-scraper is so easy now. Funny enough, generative AI like chat gpt can get you like 95% of the way there in just a few minutes.
Though, none of the reasons they’ve stated so far seem to hold up to scrutiny.
I did similar. Patches and gum. I was vaping between 5 and 10 ml of 18mg/ml at the end.
I followed the patch program, but during the first phase I slowed down how much gum I would chew. By the time I got to phase 2, I was gum free.
