Nice username
What do you give a shit about?
Sometimes finding anything to care about when you are depressed, but if/when you find something you care about beyond feeling better, you should really think about why, and if it’s healthy, lean into it.
Some people care about creating, some about building, some discover, service to others, analysis, working with their hands, being in nature. What do you gravitate towards? Some people go down a path they don’t care about, because of external pressures, or comfort, or just trying to get by.
If you don’t care to advance the career you are in, maybe it’s time to think about why.
I trust that if you know yourself enough to admit in words on the internet that you aren’t helping yourself, you are damn self aware enough to think about these things. Don’t worry about the stress of changing careers or losing progress or what other people think. Just figure out what you might care about, which paths you could see yourself going down, and mentally explore those and see what you give a shit about. Find some intersection between stuff you give a shit about and what is productive, and motivation comes. Motivation is a by-product, a secondary effect, of having something motivating to work on.
No worries, ya I looked into it about a year ago when I was seeing if I could make the switch, glad there is support now.
Grapheneos didn’t support pass keys last year when I checked, so you couldn’t use them at all. There was some APIs broken/missing between the OS to browser comms so you couldn’t use 3rd party apps for pass keys, like proton or bit warden. I have been actively experimenting and adopting passkeys and didn’t want to revert. It sounds like there is support now though, so I will give it a try soon.
Thank you! Idk why I was down voted, I appreciate it. I did a bunch of research on grapheneos last year around this time and it wasn’t supported yet.
Do they have passkeys yet
Edit: passkeys support. Last year when I checked they didn’t support pass keys yet.
Maybe my memory is just shit, it was a long time ago, I got out in 2011
Hmm, they definitely had safety clips back then, I just double checked. So might be a different design, but same concept. I just looked at the m67 Wikipedia page and that looks like what I’ve used.
Oh ya I forgot about that, it’s been like… Close to 20 years
Ya, most grenades have a lever called a “spoon” that you press down that relieves some of the tension on the pin, and when you pull the pin and throw the grenade the spoon flies off and ignites the fuse.
A grenade pin is tight, but if people can open beer bottles with their teeth they definitely can pull the pin on a grenade.
Wasn’t everything at some point?
You could swap the nozzle, or do a cold pull. Honestly it would be a little challenging to explain that well over text, especially since I am not familiar with your specific printer (I’ve used and own a lot of them though). The best bet would be to look up on YouTube how to do a cold pull, or swap the nozzle. Some good YouTube channels are Teaching Tech, CNC Kitchen, and Made with Layers. Teaching Tech and made with layers are probably where you will find the best info for a beginner, but CNC Kitchen is 🔥
Interesting, I didn’t know about that. Bleeping computer has a good write up on it (I’m assuming they broke the story) https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/security/ebay-port-scans-visitors-computers-for-remote-access-programs/
Ya lowering the speed is a good thing to try. Also, you may have a very slight clog in the nozzle which can lead to weird behavior like stringing and under extrusion
Petg tends to string a lot more than PLA, also, drying the filament can help
He might have been epsteined though
Yep, CPU scheduler is the correct answer. Id recommend reading this arch wiki on it. https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/improving_performance
Hmm, I love that button and use it all the time I don’t care what the icon is
