Tile or concrete floors, hard surface walls, glass windows all reflect sound. As people start talking, if they are drinking they get louder, so then each table is trying to talk over the tables around them. Without acoustic damping, it can get pretty loud.
When I saw Heritage, my response flipped to NOPE. But I thought, charitably, hey give 'em a chance. LoL, NO. The 3rd take away point “cut spending” is right out of austerity thinking, which has been disproven. Buncha cranks. Spending without taxation to back it up, sure that’s problematic. And so is cutting spending ‘will he, nill he’. Funny how they never talk about cutting military spending. smh.
I suspect the main issues people ‘in the wild’ have with signal involves ineffective use of the app. Do you check the ‘safety number’ with every user? Do you use disappearing messages? Does anyone have access to your phone, or other linked device?

I have my own clinic. I work 6 hour shifts. Healthcare doesn’t have to be like this.
Shifts are generally 12 hours. However, it’s pretty common to have a case come in at 11:30, and one is on that case till it’s done. So 13-14 hour shifts are not uncommon.

This is particularly insidious, as they claim to use the same encryption as Signal, developed by Open Whisper Systems. But Meta allows themselves access. 2 billion users. SMH.
whatsapp is owned by Meta. I did a quick DDG search to see if I was correct and got this:

Yes, and the proof is in my response. One example: They will probably be in my life for years to come. Turns out the good communication comes from a PhD in Psychology, teaching at the university level, well and doubtless some difficulties in childhood. They genuinely love people, and seem to bring out the best in the people around them. I’m not sure what you are actually asking for; your question seems a bit trolly. In the 80s I had a non-biologist friend who told me about something in development which could act as a blood replacement. They wanted to fill a swimming pool with it, sit on the bottom of the pool, and meditate. I suggested the viscosity of a pool filled with anything like blood would be a whole lot more viscous than air, and so would require a lot more muscular effort to move in and out of their lungs. And so the experience wouldn’t be as relaxing as they thought. All these decades later, and researchers are still working on it.
