Uh oh, my bias is showing again, lol.
Very on-brand. I’ll have to look it up.
Not the genital mutilation, though, that’s Jewish. I never understood why Christians do it. Didn’t Jesus fulfill the law and the prophets? Plus there was a spat over adults converting, but not getting circumcized that was settled on the side of “not required”. I may be remembering it wrong.
Check out Behind the Bastards podcast for some more. Robert Evans does a great job making it all digestible and spicy. He and his guests riff on everything, so much so it can get uncomfortable, but that is part of their charm. Here is a surprise rabbit hole episode on Nazis and a what I thought was modern conspiracy
DAMN! Missed opportunity, thanks for picking up the slack
This Ernst Röhm?
On 30 June 1934, the entire SA leadership were purged by the SS during an event known as the Night of the Long Knives. Röhm was taken to a prison in Munich and executed on 1 July.

Need to earn CySA+ quickly for a new position. I’m on my second round of Certify Breakfast , which was recommended to me. I’ve heard good things about ConpTIA’s CertMaster. The structure appeals to me, but the price feels high. What are your thoughts?
It took me three tries. Took it back up during tough times. Found some better ways to cope, mostly Stoicism. I’ve recommended it to at least a dozen others over the years with about 90% success.
All of the American Pie sequels. The first was alright, the rest were meh.
“Everyday is somebody’s first day.” I think of it like a more generous Hanlon’s Razor “Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.” Especially when an employee is perhaps not doing a good job or is slow. If it was my first day on the job, I’d like a little consideration.
Soooo many, but here are my top 5
Disappointed that it isn’t real
