The World Health Organization needs to stay in their lane and deal with health issues, not building reactors.

It’s not doctors that need to know. It’s the insurance companies. They wrote the policies that pay doctors based on the BMI metric. Until those policy changes happen nothing will change.
Insurance companies quietly control so much and most people don’t realize it.
I started a Facebook group called New Music Only. Nothing older than a fortnight is allowed. It allows others to share brand new music they haye found and it forced me to go to YouTube and start hunting for recently uploaded music so I can supply material for the group.
We have a pretty decent one located in Mt wife’s room which is basically sealed off from the rest of the house. It runs into the shower. But despite its size it is inadequate for the whole house. I don’t have the money to buy a dedicated one for the whole house.
But this little window AC is doing a really excellent job. Set it to 80 and it keeps going and drying the air.
I live in The South.
My air conditioner broke 3 years ago. This year we got a small window unit. It’s not enough to cool the whole house. But it does provide the very important feature of dehumidifying the house. The temperature in the house and outside can both be in the high 90s. But it is so much less oppressive inside the house where the humidity has been stripped out.
It takes just as long to cook, and has the texture of parboiled rice.
Can’t wait for people to blame it for the next outbreak.
“It came from the same area as the lab!” “Where would you put a lab designed to look for these kinds of things?” “U so dumb.”
Having enough money to keep a tropical aquarium running is very relaxing.
It’s too dark to carve inside a turkey.
This should win depressing study of the year.
A complete lack of organization and an air conditioner that hasn’t worked in three years. It’s frequently been 87 to 89 in my house for over a month now. It kills motivation to move. But I did just go outside and remove all the 4 foot tall grass from my brick patio. So I have that going for me. Which is nice.
I need to draw monsters that do yardwork. They work outside. Elves make shoes inside. Goblins prune and edge.
I jot down notes in SimpleNote on occasion. I need to gather my supplies.
Small monsters outfitted in cast off household junk that has been repurposed is a longer term goal.
The problem isn’t ideas. It’s putting the phone down and picking up the drawing tools.
Body type. Reptile, humanoid, insect, vacuum cleaner, etc.
I keep telling myself I’m going to draw monsters. But I never do.
People that don’t drink used to drink a lot or had other conditions that stopped them from drinking. This wasn’t taken into account when creating studies about it not drinking, and low drinking where done. This made it look like low drinkers fared better than non-drinkers. But non-drinkers were non-drinkers for an unhealthy reason. And that’s why we ended up with studies that said some drinking is healthier than none. But it turns out they were wrong. Because the non-drinkers they used had medical issues that prevented them from drinking and caused more problems.
Watching from the first episode is like watching someone get in their 10,000 hours. Visuals and story telling skills getting just a little bit better every single episode.
It would need to be food grade CO2. So breweries would be a good source.
