Get somekind of workout and stretching routine going on. It’s much harder to build the habit later when you’ve got maybe a family going on and probably more work responsibilities.
Most sweeteners have their own health risks. Generally probably still better than sugar, but just moving to sweeteners isn’t all sunshine and happiness.
So is there study that would have looked into how much of the sugar was just replaced with other sweeteners? Or how much soda consumption itself has changed?
I don’t do cocktails much, mostly because I don’t really have the ingredients around. One I like to do now and then is whisky (around half the drink, preferably spicy rye) and the rest about equal proportions of apple juice and ginger ale, poured over a chunk of ice.

Could be worth checking your scale, if everything seems to be underweight. Low battery can show as lower result on some scales
Like most everything else, you gotta cook it right for it to be good. To be fair I like pork mostly when it’s cooked until it starts to fall apart (ham, pulled pork and so on).
