Is this change likely to affect all Chromium-based browsers? I’m not clear on how that works…

Agreed, along with cloudporn, waterporn, and others. I also really enjoyed the “imaginary___” picture subs, like imaginarycityscapes, imaginaryvillages, imaginaryarchitecture, imaginaryinteriors, and so on. There was some really beautiful and creative work there.
