I also recreated your adventure and could not find the proper answer. Just awful.

Let’s engage in a thought experiment.
If Harris were to have negotiated a $15 minimum wage with Republicans but to do so had to give up the EPA. Would that earn your favor?
Let us assume that giving up the EPA is too much, do you see a world where the Republicans agree to anything while getting anything you are OK with giving up?
Perhaps you and the Republicans share some common wedge issue, do you think you would get any Democratic support for a bill that makes that trade?
Minimum wage is currently a partisan issue, a party that believes it should be increased and a party who doesn’t think it should exist. Just keeping it is as is is a negotiation.
More influential. More a part of the larger apparatus. Similar to the idea of social darwinism, I removed myself from the equation so my ideas will not propagate.
I think sometimes it’s the opposite. Sometimes it’s because of one’s own failure to recognize the philosophy in time that one later learned. For example, I have a theory that Atheism weeds one out from power. If you are shrewd enough you recognize that it is better to be a wolf in sheep’s clothing than to resign from the game. I came to this conclusion after weeding myself out.
Woke mafia coming for your beans!

They are defined by their electorates
I was speaking of democrats wanting to preserve reproductive rights (privacy) and civil rights for minorities.
I used to believe the Republican party brought much needed conservatism to the table. There were reasonable concerns that the Democratic party was too heavy handed with implementing morality and over reaching laws. The Democratic party has mostly been in the right side of social permissivness since then and the Republican party has gone fucking crazy Reactionary which they have rebranded as “Conservative”. It has become an intersection dynamic where the Democratic party has become a coalition of progressives and conservatives, who just to want to keep the rights they have. Unfortunately there are many “Team R” fans that don’t recognize that their party no longer represents them.
So short answer, the Democratic party has already absorbed the strengths of the Republican party.
Not having been determined via impeachment proceedings to be barred from office.
Having served less than two terms, however you can serve just under 10 years if you were raised to president more than half way through the term.
It was on NPR’s Up First today, and I’d read it elsewhere too.
But does it taste any different? The article makes no claims other than looks.
Ok, so to be clear you only started opposition to Biden since the Israeli invasion of Gaza after October 7th?
I can understand the belief that Biden has been deficient in his response, despite the innumerable competing interests any administration would need to juggling. I had similar issues with Obama’s handling of ISIL, however I also had no better idea of how it could be handled better.
Unions oppose/opposed NATO, especially autoworkers.
Are you thinking NAFTA? I’m not sure unions have much of a position on NATO.
What makes it clear that Biden isn’t a great option? It really annoys me that such a progressive administration in a very divided government is somehow not measuring up to the ever changing goal posts. The only perfect candidate to vote for is yourself, everyone else is a compromise.
It’s just the price they pay for my freedom. /s
TBF all those sci-fi transparent displays would be terrible to use
