Sounds like they’re trying to put out a titanium fire using only a bucket of water.
I have a new phrase to use in the future.
They’re from Idaho.
Bonus points: the guy is from Illinois.
Dinner time would be around 0.7083 o-clock.
This is fairly similar to .beat time; in that system you would write it as @708. I guess you could make it @708.3 to be more specific.
This is why i want a freakin 3d printer fr
Your local library may have one to print things for you. Saves that forward investment of materials and (some) skill.
I’ve found a lot of folks from a lot of parts of this map would just tell me they’re “from the Midwest”.
I would venture to say that the part of all of these regions adjacent to the Midwest could be considered subregions of it. Many people you’d meet in these areas would be likely to say they’re in the Midwest.
I’m colour blind and don’t see red very well.
I’m not color blind and almost didn’t see it. This was an okay idea, executed with a terrible choice of colors.
I had to specifically mute all of my notifications because I couldn’t find out what app was causing them and it was driving me nuts.
I’ve been doing that for years. I only have a handful of apps with audio notifications, basically the most important ones that need my attention right away. Everything else gets vibrate.
What happens if you pixelate his DUI records?
Papers, please.
I stuck with 7 for an extremely long time under similar reasoning. Like I missed win 8 completely and only got 10 in maybe 2018. And only because I needed a version of directX for work that was unsupported on 7.
I only upgraded to 10 in early 2021, and only because I had reached a point where I didn’t see another option. My next upgrade is increasingly likely to be something Linux. Every new bit of info about Win 11 just makes me want it less.
If you went to a digital showing you even got an additional image of Anakin’s robot hand taking Padmé’s at their wedding.
The digital version also added sparks to Jango’s jetpack during the arena fight, to show it was malfunctioning.
I’d hate to hear the logic they used to change that law
It was wrapped up in a big transportation budget bill, one of many amendments which were designed to cut expenses.
“One ping only, Vasily.”
Honestly any parts you buy today probably won’t be much good in 30 years.
At least not when AGP comes to town.
Glenn Danzig was born with the perfect name for an 80s metal band
FYI Danzig is his stage name. His actual last name is Anzalone.
I really hate to say this, but Lubuntu.
it’s a lightweight XFCE version of Ubuntu
Do you mean Lubuntu, or Xubuntu? Lubuntu uses LXQt.
In a real job, sometimes we need to get something done TODAY, or even 3 hours from right now.
I work third shift and it’s so much worse in this case. I walk in the door at 10 PM to an email saying I have to do a training module that takes an hour, and it has to show completed before midnight. Then they wonder why I wasn’t able to get my work area set up and make progress on a long term project in that same time frame.
You do know that you can edit that menu and get your WiFi and data buttons back? That’s what I did and I’m on android 13.
What phone are you on? I’m on a Pixel 6 and I’m not seeing the separate toggles in the quick tile edit menu. Afaik it’s only possible with a custom built or modified version of 13, or a third party app that adds the button itself.
It’s a revolution. They give it a specific name and blablabla.

Never seen or heard from anyone using tape to mask their remotes. Is this really a thing?
Not this exactly, but my grandparents had a guide taped to the backside of their remotes to make it easier to use.
The tape strategy has some appeal, though, mainly in that I use maybe 5 buttons 95% of the time.
