Canada said on Monday it would grant temporary visas to 5,000 Gaza residents under a special program for Canadians' relatives living in the war-torn enclave, a preparatory move in case they are able to leave in the future.
I guess they’ll decide to either apply for more permanent residency in this country where their family members are and see if we will have them, or decide to go elsewhere because we have so many people who don’t like migrants because *reasons* in a country with a proud immigration history and need.
Temporary visas… So what happens when those visas run out? Israel certainly won’t let them back in.
I guess it’s convenient that these aren’t israeli citizens.
