Not actually surprised. These people are evil, not stupid. He knows he drove away the low paid immigrant workers, they just want a way to blame them anyway.
Hallmark of fascism - the enemy is so strong that they’ll steal your jobs, but also is weak and cowardly and deserves the poor treatment we give them.
Ding ding ding. He got to blame them and scapegoat them before, now he gets to do the same in reverse. His supporters will cheer it on because they care infinitely more about being bigoted pieces of shit than they do about using even the slightest bit of brainpower
And it makes a convenient excuse to errode workers’ or prisoner’s rights!
The description they keep suggesting of the kind of workforce they want … weak, subservient, expendable, cheap, and always available … is the same description for slavery.
Ron DeSantis is a racist piece of shit. And his laws are fucked. But, there are probably worse ways to go about slowly clearing the state as it faces to more and more severe climate disasters while slowly falling into the sea. Hopefully his most vile supporters hold out the longest and ultimately don’t make it out long after everyone decent has long got the hint and vacated.
DuhSantis has never been the sharpest tool in the shed.
I usually go with, not the sharpest bowling ball.
Guess i could also go with, his brain is as wrinkled as a bowling ball.
I like “not the sharpest fish in the tree.”
Definately a response that a robot would make. Get em, humans!
I am not the brightest spoon in the sea, fellow human, but I am learning! Please

A dull tool is still a tool
Trying to take down a tree with a dull chainsaw would prove there is a difference.
I just wanted to call him a tool and dull. I didn’t really put much more thought into my comment than that. lol
🤣
As much as karma is enjoyable, this is an entertainment article about a single group of undocumented laborers. Show me an article about how fucked Florida is in rebuilding, with hard data specifically tying it to the law, and it would be an article worth paying attention to.
They should agree to go and do the job but instead go there with guns.
Why? This comment is weird.
I’m as lost as you man. This makes no sense
I think they were saying to go murder desantis and the other Republicans? Which… Okay. I’d nullify if I was on that jury.
As much as I hate DeSantis, I don’t think calling for the murder of a U.S. politician (and governor) on social media is a smart move.
NSA agents, if you’re reading this, I don’t condone any of this!
But for the sake of the discussion: it was a weird comment for several reasons:
-
Come back with guns: why leave in the first place, then? They could have just legally purchased guns in Florida and use them for whatever OP implied, without leaving at all.
-
A situation involving migrants with guns would just make Florida republicans say “See? These people are dangerous and shouldn’t be here. DeSantis was right!”
That’s why I found the comment weird. But come to think of it, it’s quite stupid too.
I think what they’re trying to say is that immigrants should go there to do the job but instead immigrants are only going there with guns. Typical republican propaganda.

No, finish your thought. They should agree to go and do the job but instead go there with guns and:
Who is they?
